Personal Approach: I blend modalities to create a rejuvenating and long-lasting experience. Regardless of what the storm may bring, my goal is for every client to leave feeling like a buoy in the water, able to find their balance point even in the heaviest storms, instead of feeling like they are drowning. My clients return regularly because they feel and see results that minimize pain, bring peace of mind, and promote a state of well-being.
About Me: Hi, I’m Alisha! I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2003 and own Custom Kneads Massage & Bodywork. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my husband and two boys and traveling to visit my daughter and son-in-law. I love viewing nature and birds along the marshes of Utah Lake from my deck. I thrive in social environments where deep connections are made, and we share in memorable experiences such as weight lifting, golfing, cold plunging, singing, and dining.

Services
Every body is unique—your healing should be too.
-
Cranialsacral therapy is a gentle, non-invasive approach that works with the rhythm of the cerebrospinal fluid and the subtle movements of the cranial bones. This method helps regulate the nervous system and creates a sense of deep safety, making it especially effective for releasing trauma. It’s also ideal for clients who are touch-sensitive or carry unease about being physically worked on, as the touch is light, respectful, and deeply calming.
-
Myofascial release works by gently easing restrictions in the fascia — the connective tissue that holds tension and trauma within the body. Emotions, especially those tied to past stress or trauma, can become “stuck” in these tissues. By creating space and encouraging natural movement, this technique allows both physical and emotional patterns to unwind, helping clients feel lighter, more open, and more balanced.

Trigger points are often formed in response to stress or emotional strain, not just physical overuse. By locating and releasing these points of tension, trigger point therapy can help break cycles of pain that also carry emotional weight. Many clients experience a deep sense of relief, not only in their bodies but also in their emotional state, as old holding patterns are addressed.
